Frequently Asked Questions

Do you deliver, set up and collect the castles?

Yes all of that is included in the price for the local area, however deliveries to Caernarfon, Conwy and beyond will incur a further £15.00 delivery charge.

How long do I hire for?

Usually for half a day, however weekend rates and overnight rates are available on request.

Is there a booking or cancellation fee?

No, we request full cash payment on delivery and we offer a free cancellation policy.

How do I know they are safe?

All our castles are registered with the local authority and adhere to all their safety requirements. All our castles are tested annually ( visit PIPA – Inflatable Play Inspection page here for more information) and are disinfected after every use. We always ensure that enough crash mats are left, however it is the hirer’s responsibility to supervise the equipment during the hire period. Please visit our Safety page for further safety advice.

Our castles are available 7 days a week and we deliver and collect between 9am and 6.30 pm. Should the equipment be required later then a £20.00 overnight charge will be levied.

Is there an age limit for the castles?

Each inflatable unit is individually made and each has an age range attached, this can be seen together with the pictures of all our units on this web page.

In the even of a very poor weather forecast you can swap your hire one of our fully enclosed or indoor models giving you the option to carry on or we offer a free cancellation policy in the event of bad weather. For safety reasons the units should not be used in the event of heavy rain or very high winds.
